Biography

I have been working for the last 25 years on the interaction between nutrition (especially micronutrient deficiencies), immune function and infectious diseases. Currently, we have started work on the effect of nutritional status, vaccination and subsequent morbidity in children living in LMIC, such as Cambodia and Guinea-Bissau.
