HIC-Vac Annual Meeting 2025: Keble College, Oxford, United Kingdom

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

The 7th HIC-Vac Annual Meeting will take place on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th September 2025. The Meeting will take place at Keble College, University of Oxford, UK.

The event is an excellent opportunity to meet and network with other HIC-Vac members and to share knowledge on human infection models to further research in infectious disease, and to hear about the exciting projects our members are working on.

Similar to previous years, this year’s event will be a hybrid one to enable as many of our members to join as possible. There will be a small charge of £30 to attend the meeting in person. There is no charge for joining the meeting virtually. Registration will be first come, first serve. We can add any further to our waiting list if there are drop-outs.

Please note that the £30 registration fee includes:

1) Attendance to both dates of the meeting
2) Lunch on both days
3) A reception and conference dinner on Monday 29th September
4) One-nights stay at Keble College on Monday 29th September

HIC-Vac Annual Meeting 2024: "The role of human infection challenge in accelerating vaccinology"

The 2024 HIC-Vac Annual Meeting took place on Thursday 28^th and Friday 29^th November at The Spaces at the Spine in Liverpool, UK. Recordings from the meeting will be uploaded, but please note any presentations that contained unpublished data will not be uploaded to our site.
