HIC-Vac Annual Meeting 2024: "The role of human infection challenge in accelerating vaccinology"

The 2024 HIC-Vac Annual Meeting is taking place on Thursday 28^th and Friday 29^th November at The Spaces at the Spine in Liverpool, UK.

The event is an excellent opportunity to meet and network with other HIC-Vac members and to share knowledge on human infection models to further research in infectious disease, and to hear about the exciting projects our members are working on.

Similar to previous years, this year’s event will be a hybrid one to enable as many of our members to join as possible. There will be a small charge of £30 to attend the meeting in person. There is no charge for joining the meeting virtually.

Accommodation at Novotel Liverpool Paddington Village Hotel will be available to the meeting attendees, and HIC-Vac will cover the accommodation costs for all early career researchers attending the event. Due to budget restrictions this year, we would ask investigator level HIC-Vac members to cover their own accommodation costs if possible. However, you do NOT need to book your accommodation separately if you register for the annual meeting, even as HIC-Vac investigator, as we have rooms booked for all attendees, regardless of whether HIC-Vac is covering the room costs of not.
