Biography
Dr Elora Sharmin is a clinical pharmacologist and public health researcher specialising in vaccine safety, pharmacovigilance and infectious diseases. She currently serves as Acting Chairman in the Department of Pharmacology at BSMMU, where she has led projects focused on drug safety and knowledge translation. Her research interests include pharmacogenetics, rational prescribing and the development of ADR reporting frameworks tailored to LMIC contexts. She is actively engaged in national policy initiatives and global health collaborations aimed at improving drug and vaccine safety.
