Biography
I analyse big datasets derived from vaccine trials, including the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine trial and human infection challenge studies with pathogens such as S.Typhi. I am mainly looking at the host immune response to vaccination and infection. However, I recently got an interest in investigating the changes in microbiome post-antibiotic treatment, which is a part of our challenge studies setup. I analyse both short- and long-read RNA sequencing as well as other NGS data.
