Biography
I have worked on TB immunology and vaccines for the past 12 years, specialising in immune correlates of protection and the development of functional assays for the early down-selection of TB vaccine candidates. I have also been involved in the development of a CHIM for TB vaccine evaluation using attenuated M. bovis, and in the human challenge trial to study the immune response to SARS-CoV-2 conducted by Helen McShane’s group in Oxford.
