Biography
My experiences in clinical trials cover a broad range of therapeutic areas, including cancer, surgery, nutrition and vaccination and ranging from early phase to late phase. My research interest is mainly in developing efficient trial designs and practical implementation of such designs in clinical trials, for example, model based adaptive designs in early phase dose-finding trials evaluating safety and efficacy. I am also interested in applying biomarkers in late phase trial design and benefit and risk assessment.
