Summary
This research aimed to promote equality by maximising information about HIC available to both English and non-English speakers in the simplest and most understandable language thereby reducing the gap between the privileged and less privileged in Zambian society. The purpose of TRUST-HICZ was to ensure that everyone whether educated and English-speaking or not are able to consent to research with full knowledge of what is involved. Furthermore, all groups, regardless of gender, age, experience, and expertise were included and regarded as equally important.
