Biography
Dr Louisa James is a Lecturer in Immunology at the Blizard Institute, Barts and The London Medical School, Queen Mary University of London. Her group combines next generation sequencing of antibody genes with single-cell RNA sequencing alongside cloning & expression of antibodies to study the biology of human B cells in the context of inflammatory diseases such as allergy.
