Biography
I am a native of a geographical location where visceral leishmaniasis is endemic. My research aims to identify the apoptotic pathway and its key stakeholders in Leishmania spp. for novel therapeutics aimed at elimination and control. This will help create health equality in the face of this neglected tropical disease.
